Kin has over 12 years of global private and public sector experience across retail, tech, charity, and advisory services. A trained CPA, Kin left consulting to work on social justice issues in Uganda. Upon earning an MBA from the University of Oxford, Kin joined Amazon, where she launched community programs tackling various social issues and founded Amazon UK’s Christian community. With a firm belief in redemptive business models, Kin has championed initiatives from youth employment to gender-based violence prevention. Most recently, Kin co-founded enThriven.io, a start-up that integrates psychology and behavioural science, AI, and 3D modelling to help companies build thriving work cultures and enable people to capitalise on their unique calling. She also enjoys cooking and all things food-related.
