Kin has over 12 years of global experience across retail, tech, charity, and advisory sectors. A CPA with an Oxford MBA, she left consulting to pursue social justice in Uganda, later joining Amazon to lead community programs and found its UK Christian network. Passionate about redemptive business, she’s driven initiatives from youth employment to gender violence prevention. Kin is now co-founder of enThriven.io, a start-up using AI and behavioural science to build thriving work cultures. She also loves cooking and all things food-related.

Michael has a background in Software Development and Electronic Engineering, and has 10+ years experience leading and contributing to tech teams in the public sector. Michael is passionate about helping Christians use their giftings for the Kingdom, and helping build communities and support networks for Christians in their professional fields.

I run operations at a scale-up, partnering with NVIDIA using their Omniverse platform. Love building digital products and playing one of my seven guitars.
