Celebrating God’s faithfulness—past, present, and future.
Awaken will be the first time since we began for all of us — Staff, Board, City Leads, Leadership Teams, Donor and Partners — to gather together, to remember what God has done, and set a vision for the next ten years. We will focus our time understanding the unique cultural moment we find ourselves in, contending for the Holy Spirit to bring about a Jesus Revival in and through our industry.
I can hardly believe it’s been ten years of FaithTech. What started with 35 people in a coffee shop has grown into a global community gathering in more than 50 cities around the world. It’s humbling to see how God has moved through faithful people who said yes to building something good together.
This September, we’ll come together for FaithTech Awaken—a moment to celebrate God’s faithfulness, to dream boldly about the decade ahead, and to learn together as we face a world being reshaped daily by technology and AI.
My hope is that this gathering will be more than an event. It’ll be a time to slow down, worship, and reconnect with what God is doing in and through our community.
As you pray about joining us, take a quiet moment to ask the Lord if this is where you’re meant to be. I truly believe it will be a time of rest, inspiration, and awakening for every one of us.
See you there,
James / Founder & CEO
PROGRAM
What you'll experience
Awaken is not another tech conference. It is an invite-only gathering of the called, those who will be sent to witness a fresh move of revival in and through technology. Our days will be filled with unhurried worship, meals, prayer, and teaching from prophetic voices around the world who will speak into the next decade of redemptive technology, held on a beautiful Monterey coast resort. We are praying for anointed times of connection with each other and the Holy Spirit.
Awaken will run from September 24–26, 2026, with guests arriving on the afternoon of September 24 for 3 days of retreat and departing on September 27 after breakfast.
Where is the location?
It will be hosted at Asilomar Hotel and Conference Grounds on the Monterey Coast in California, USA — a historic Christian retreat center founded over 100 years ago by the YWCA to provide shelter and vocational training for women.
Who can attend?
It is an invite-only gathering for FaithTech staff, City Leads and teams, and strategic partners and donors. We’re aiming for 300–400 guests, all hand-picked to honor your journey with FaithTech over the past decade.
When does RSVP start and end?
RSVP opens in March 2026, with confirmations targeted by March 31, 2026.
How much does it cost?
The current budgeted cost is approximately USD $1,000 per participant for our 3-day gathering, covering everything from your accommodation, food and beverage and event logistics. We recognize that not everyone is in the same financial position to fully cover registration and transportation. We are committed to not letting cost be the reason someone cannot attend. Subsidies will be made available on a case-by-case basis. Please consider community-based supports like your local Church, mentors, or company programs who might be able to assist you in coming to Awaken.
What payment methods are available?
Registration fees will be collected via the online RSVP platform Luma, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How shall I arrange flights and transportation?
You may book flights directly or via our travel advisor. A designated travel manager will coordinate flight details and shuttle arrangements from three major airports (San Francisco, San Jose, and Monterey) to Asilomar. For city leads and teams, we are also arranging flight stipends. Please check with your Regional Director for specific details and eligibility.
What are the best airports to fly into?
For international guests, the primary airport is San Francisco (SFO). Guests from the US and Canada are encouraged to fly into San Jose (SJC) or Monterey (MRY), which are closer to the venue.
What’s the deadline to cancel and get a refund?
Because lodging is arranged as a group booking, please let us know by April 30, 2026, if you are unable to attend.
How can I support?
You can support through prayer, donations toward subsidies and event costs, and by serving as a volunteer at the retreat. If you’d like to get involved, please contact our Event Director, Karin, at karin.chan@faithtech.com.
Yes. We would love to invite collective generosity to make this gathering possible. If you’d like to support city leads, you can contribute toward their registration fees or donate frequent flyer points to help cover travel.
